Design a Creative Business WordPress Website

We're looking for creative designers to design a website for us keeping in mind all notes below. -CHECK UPLOADED FILES before committing to this project -Have basic knowledge about Solar PV Systems and how they word -Be creative on what you design -Suggest premium themes for us and we will purchase it if you can deliver good design based on that selected theme - We want something that is not default, something that is not standard, we want a theme, a look that is new but not too crazy - Please be able to speak and write in English fluently - Preferred to have a headphones for an audio conference within Freelancer Chat feature If you are done going through files uploaded and have already read what is above and you believe you can do this, please go on and hit us up. - You will be given an access to our Wordpress wp-admin page to do all setup needed for a smooth and fast quality work - You will take care of orginizing how the site look based on the logo and colors, also keeping in mind the layout we may request - If there are copyrighted pictures you may put and or suggest, we will purchase the pictures from their website - We require the WordPress to have 2 language support by either creating a duplicate Database then editing the copy one to the second language ( English is first, Arabic is second) ( you will only work with English and after all is done, we will translate it ourselves) or by having a plugin with support of two languages The website features are below: Website Pages:- 1- Home Page 2- Services Page ( showing 4 Categories) 3- About Us Page 4- Recent Project Page (picture) 5- Partners 6- Service Cat 1 7- Service Cat 2 8- Service Cat 3 9- Service Cat 4 Website Main Features:- 1- Multi-Language 2- Responsive (but not too crazy) 3- User-Friendly 4- Has Creative Features and Plugins We are a small start up company focused on Solar Power and Solar Systems.
