Re-Design Of My Current Website

I need a redesign of my website [login to view URL] that will beat all other competitors and also be better looking. Must have all the same features as all the competitors including shipping by both FedEx and UPS integration, SEO, Credit Card Integration, and the ability to book online for a rental, chat integration, click to call, categories my competitors have that I don't, the ability for users to rate, testimonials, and more. It must be made to where a customer can sign a a pdf form as part of the checkout process for the rental side. Email integration included with automatic emails to clients upon completion of orders. Like I mentioned everything that every competitor has and better and cooler if you can think of adding things that would make the website better. Website must be responsive as well as fast loading and faster loading than competitors. Content such as images and descriptions must be added. Payment upon completion. Needing done ASAP. Must be 100% satisfied before payment.
