Design an editable product catalogue, 100+ Products

I am looking for a skilled designer to create an editable product catalogue for my business. The catalogue will include over 100 products and needs to have a professional and elegant design style yet confer fun and be a joy to read through.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Experience in creating product catalogues
- Strong understanding of classic and elegant design principles
- Ability to photo edit and include creative backgrounds
- Experience making multiple products (6-12) fit on 1 page, with EAN, SKU, Name and Description, yet remain beautiful and readable.
The designer should incorporate our existing brand guidelines and colors into the catalogue. We have specific colors and some style preferences that should be followed.
The editable product catalogue should be in PDF format, allowing us to easily make changes and updates as needed.
Catalogue will be delivered to customers in both electronic format, as well as print (booklet).
Overall, we are seeking a designer who can create a visually appealing and professional catalogue that showcases our products in a classic and elegant manner.
Final design must be easily editable by future / other designers as the product line grows. PSD format per page, else InDesign format, else Gimp's .xcf format.
