My name is Lauren Befus. I am in the process of starting a personal historian business – Memory Lane Jane – in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I have completed a few book projects already in partnership with a local book designer, but her schedule is getting increasingly full and I need to look elsewhere. The last book she designed for me was 130 pages, full color, 75+ pictures, landscape, custom design for the client. We used a short-run printer – BookOne. She coordinated everything on the printing side of the project. I attached a few pictures of the last book. I am looking for a book designer to create similar books and some simpler design as well. The projects right now are sporadic! I'm hoping that changes. I am currently in need of a designer to start on a project in mid-November.
