I need some graphic design. Hello, I need to do this project, This project aims to provide a planning and design experience where knowledge gained from the course can be applied to the design of a new airport. You will be tasked with locating a "real world" location that would be suitable for a new airport. You will act as a consultant/engineering firm responding to that municipalities Request for Proposals (RFP) to design its new airport. By the end of the first week you will identify your companies (consulting firm) name & what city your airport will be located near. The airport must be a commercial airport with at least two runways. The airport name already selected which is Topeka international airport in Topeka city in Kansas state. The name of the consultancy is NACO Netherlands airport consultants The deliverables for this project will consist of three separate graphical designs and one paper. Whenever doing a project remember who your audience is and write the report accordingly. In this case you are addressing the planning department of the city or county you have chosen to be the sponsor for the new airport that you are responding to. First point Airfield Signage Plan: A graphical representation of the airfield showing the proper placement of signage. Second point Airport Terminal Design: A graphical representation of the terminal showing at a minimum: (a) ground access (roads, parking facilities, light rail, taxi stands, etc. (b) ticket counters (c) gates (d) security (e) baggage facilities (f) food & shopping. Remember to consider the flow of passengers both from the curb to the aircraft and vice versa. Third point Airport Layout Plan (ALP): A graphical representation of the planned airport features and anticipated land use. Items to be included in the ALP: (a) airport boundaries (b) airport facilities (runways, taxiways, aprons, etc.) (c) Airport structures (terminals, hangars, ATC, etc.). Fourth point Airport Master Plan: A paper that will cover, at a minimum, the following areas of your airport: (a) Site selection explanation (b) inventory (c) activity forecasts (d) demand/capacity analysis (e) facility requirements. This APA formatted paper will be between 10 - 12 pages not including any title, abstract or references pages. Please make sure the paper will not include any plagiarism. You can submit to me the first point which is number 1 by 26 January 2017 and you can submit the second one after a week of the first point and the third one after a week of the second point and the fourth one after a week of the third point.
