hi there, hopefully all good @ your end. A small introduction, I am Rahwan from Saudi Arabia (Jeddah City) during this pandemic, I`ve got a very nice idea of constructing a very unique Building on one of the main streets here in jeddah. If you have ever seen a walking bridge, which connects a side walk from the west side to the other side walk on the east side, I want a similar bridge to build/construct a luxurious bridge but not only to connect both side walks but mainly to establish a resturant & a coffe shop & a real hot spot of the city.. where people can come enjoy the traffic around them and have nice coffee & eat their lunch / breakfast on a very luxurious place. Since we are mainly depending on Private cars in transportation, we have also to design parking area on both sides of the street. in addition we have to add esclator/elevator and stairs in order to reach to the resturant/coffee shop I don`t know if we are going to have 2 floor building or only one but a really wide one. After getting the whole structural, exterior and interior design, i have to approach the municipality officially to see if the project can be implemented or not. Therefore I want to have a really unique and exciting design.
