Design me the next coolest dessert/treat app

I'm a baker, a cook, and an entrepreneur, and if you allow me to be entirely honest, just another financially struggling citizen, but I came across an idea that has little competition in my area and is quite underdeveloped and I wish to exploit this idea to the fullest. People of all ages and walks of life will love my treat's not just for their quality and uniqueness, but for the fact that they will be able to customize their treat, design it on an app and order them to be made and delivered on demand. That is where you come in! I am in search of a true professional in the field, someone with prior proven experience in successful app development projects, along with ample knowledge in graphic design and creative background. An independent thinker and a creative fun taste are things I consider a most. Currently, this project is in its planning phase, which is not only important to mention due to the fact that media and articles are not yet available, but more importantly, because we seek a professional whom not only can serve as an app developer but as someone whom could serve as a creative force for this project. Someone with the capability to envision this dream and want to help make it a reality. I would like to introduce to you a slight vision of the functions of the app, although much more is to be strategically decided, for the time being, lets refer to the treats as cookies, which they are not but matters of privacy lets refer to them as such. The user must have the option to utilize the app as a guest, or by signing up and creating an account to opt-in to receive discount points and updates on new services along with complimentary gifts on their verifiable birthday. The user has the option of choosing between two different types of dough for their cookies. The user has multiple options to decorate their cookies with toppings along with some sort of simulation of the actual cookies and ingredients, those options could change and be easily updated on a regular basis by the app administrators. The user has the option to either save an order or pay and process an order while accepting a clear cancellation policy. The user has the option of choosing the delivery courier of his preference. The user has the option of saving his order and signing up by simply providing an email and receiving an electronic email receipt for their purchase. This app will be the beginning of what will one day become a great investment, from an app to a cookie, to an order, to a dollar and a dream come true. If you believe in my dream and you think you can envision what I'm envisioning, then please respond and don't do it with some random generic proposal for you more then likely would be ignored.
