Design a Website Mockup + html

I am looking for an experienced PSD developer. Need to design a single page resume. For example a linked-in profile which contains candidate details like education, experience, area of excellence, skills etc. PSD background should be white and font should be in black. Tabs color should be sky blue. Let me know if you have any doubt. i can creat milestone after see design approved if i like so if you not agree than dont make a bid !!!
