Design a Website Using My Theme

I want a Website Made using the html theme I am going to provide. The job is very simple for someone who is experienced. Time wasters please dont apply. I want to get 10-12 pages built using the designs, elements and buttons I have in a html theme package. You need to use dummy content to build out these pages. After we agree on the page designs, then you will be supplied with content to be placed on the website. Your job is to mainly place blocks, buttons, move the content from here to there etc in an already built theme. Please remember I have wasted hundreds of dollars on a ton of crappy people around here. So all milestones will be set up once we agree that you are progressing in the right direction. Budget is $70.
