This is an exploratory message where I try to determine if working hand in hand with another freelancer would make sense.
I worked in New York City as a real estate professional for over 6 years and in 2013 co-founded Owning New York (ONY) which became part of The Corcoran Group. While at ONY, I project managed development and launch of [login to view URL] including market research, experience design, UX, web design, web development and corporate identity. I came out ok. It was my first experience. Now, I'm looking to make this type of work much better!
I currently semi-freelance for real estate agents/teams helping them with marketing. Recently, I've been talking to one the top teams at Brown Harris Stevens about some freelance project for a campaign of postcards, email blasts, newsletter, Instagram, maybe personal website … and I'm trying to understand how comprehensive it would be as in would I hire photographers, engage a graphic designer…how involved I would be for what period of time.
I'm looking a graphic designer who would be interested in this 'small' job. I plan to be very open about the project and fees etc. Real estate branding is not very difficult. It's mostly about really GREAT visuals/content, great photography (this will be provided) and helping agents present/brand their niche. I'm planning on working with already very well established agents who just need to package their success into a high-quality personal brand. This particular team I mentioned is very successful making millions of dollar in RE sales.
Please let know what you think and to start a conversation, send me a link to some relevant work. y I've attached the ONY work.
Thank you, Alicja
