Develop a local website providing a resource to Rockwall, TX

Hi, I am in the process of finding developers good in php, html5 and mysql to help me put together the site: experienceRockwall.com. It will be a site dedicated to providing the city of Rockwall residents and tourists an all in one resource (mobile friendly) in news, events, business directory, community, and everything else from local drink specials to our towns high school football games scores and updates, etc. I have purchased 3 scripts that together do everything i want [login to view URL] to do. I need all cohesively developed into one database and log in and intergraded to work together smoothly: (I am open to other script suggestions if you know of something better…) -Rockwall Social Network (socialstrap: [login to view URL]) -Rockwall Business directory (WhizBiz:[login to view URL]) -Rockwall News (RSS News - Autopilot Script: [login to view URL]) I wanted to find someone who could communicate in english clearly, provide development and support in case of tweaks or bug fixes that might occur. Also each script releases updates. It will be your job to determine if the update will is worth applying or what needs to be done to apply the updates fixes and new features. The integration of socialstrap community networking script ([login to view URL]). Provides a simple social network solution but really works well. It has a signin by FB feature used to register easily. And for classifieds sections, events, etc. We can develop add ons for the socialstrap It might make things a lot easier instead of finding a whole other script for say the events section of the site. as I want there to be a big calendar with everything going on in Rockwall where users can add them and such.
