i need to create a cloudbased software that would take a customer supplied PDF, or other form of artwork, and to then process the artwork, depending on what the format and set up is of it. this could include changing artwork from greyscale to CMYK, or vice versa, and have the ability to take off crop marks, and overlay their artwork onto our template, as per the attached examples.

any candidate/organisation taking this project on must be conversant with printing, and the ins and outs of how PDFs behave and are created.

The utility would also need to be able to be tailored on an ongoing basis to cover different eventualities, the platform i woudl like to suggest would be AWS due to its scalability.
