I want to hire someone to update my earth recordings site to a sharp but simple CMS so I can easily upload new recordings and users can choose to download in high quality wave or mp3 format without me having to upload multiple formats. I would like it to have a similar look to my first link above but behave more like the second with geotags/location maps and be completely searchable with tags. I've made several attempts but I can't seem to tackle the CMS enough to customize as I used to with Photoshop/Tables/HTLM.
