Concept - Sky lanterns.... user will come here and create a new Sky lantern, then place details, message and when submit, animation to go up and data being kept.

will have 1 sidecorner interaction to show random post (Sky lantern pattern and based on preset tag) and the rest will look like above sky blinking. Please see youtube on the Sky lanterns to get better concept on how it looks like.

Simple admin panel to retrieve such entered data, a button to reply the message - sent via email......

Budget is around $150 if you are keen to take up this project.
