Floor Plan images with 3D styling for a library building

We have 4 plain architectural floor plans that we want to turn into more user friendly, 3D styled (to look like then have some visual depth) images with some labels etc. There will need to be several rounds of edits, hopefully with each successive round getting easier where it will just be getting some labels and small details right after the initial drafts are made.
I am including one Architectural Floor Plan that shows what the starting image will be. I am also including two examples of the general concept of what slightly 3D styled, user-facing images could look like. The ultimate output will be a PNG file with the longer side being not much more than 1,200px, but we will also need copies of the vector files used to create the final images for long term graphics support.
