Graphical design needed

Project Description: We currently have a real estate and a property management website and we got tired of the looks of both of them. We have the backends and gets all the data from our database, but we need a professional web designer, or firm, to consult with regarding the site template, graphics, and overall front end. The designs should be similar to each other - though the colors and logo should be different. Included in this project are: 1) Logo/Banner Design for 2Base and My2Base Holiday Homes. 2) Graphics Design (Navigation Buttons, menus etc.) 3) Remodeling of overall site layout - so that we can handle the implementation into our source code. Just colors and logos will change. 5) Delivery of the HTML5, CSS, any used Javascript (plugins etc.) and so on... In terms of payment, we are open to providing a very small milestone at the beginning of project and a second milestone upon receiving mockups of the site.
