I need to help taking an idea to wireframes to a clickable prototype. This is a healthy lifestyle app that targets people who need help losing weight and change their eating habits. The app will contain the following features. - Building a personal profile (name, location, weight, height, etc) - Health Assessment survey: this will contain a number of questions that will determine what health group the person fits into. - Weekly Meal Planner: Based on the person's health group the app will provide a weekly meal planner. The meals will contain educational tips to help teach they why behind the meal plan and what it is doing to the person. - Motivation: Each week the user will receive motivational videos or messages to help keep the person on the right health path. This is only the beginning phase of the app and will eventually include a Monthly health challenge where users can enter in a challenge and compete against other users. Or create a challenge for a private group. It will also contain a fitness portion where the user will be given an exercise plan It will be patterned after [login to view URL]

I know that this segment is very hot right now gyms and nutrition specialist going digital. There are however already many health & lifestyle apps out there.
