design and build a mobile device (e.g. apple, Samsung iphones) friendly website for small business. need home page including (i) menu, (ii) "call us" phone button icon, (iii) 4 circular click buttons to press that click thur to linked informational pages, (iv) second "call us now" button (v) link to "contact us" enquiry submission form (including name and email (mandatory) and phone number (optional), (vi) click thur to Chinese language version of the website. work to include testing, debugging and ensuring smooth operation of all features including "call us" buttons, buttons, enquiry form, and click thur to chinese version. Menu should include click thur to informational contact being "About Us", "Services", "Calculators" (linked to several third party government agency calculators), and "contact us" (via enquiry form submission). The four circular click thur buttons should click thur to four separate informational pages. Each informational page will include link to download a pdf document. work includes all necessary tweaking, debugging and launch. work includes design and development of logo and letterhead. a hand drawn mock up of the home page will be provided the website should be bilingual English and Chinese. the English and Chinese will be provided. colour scheme will be provided use platform such as wordpress. site needs to be highly responsive and engaging. provide support needed to upload and launch.
