Identifying Web Visual Design Evolution

Looking for an experienced web designer for 2 hours survey project. You will look at small crops of web screenshots from different years, come up with a list all of the design features (if any) that make a design looks like a design year. The goal is to find iconic representations for each design year. The list can we changes in design elements and style, for example, is this a flat design or skeuomorphic, what typeface is used, etc.?
