On top of working on pixel art, my experiences in background illustration and design would definitely come in handy when creating stages background and tilesets. Furthermore, as an illustrator, I'm confident that I'll be able to accurately translate your design sketches into a pixel art design. Depending on the difficulty of design and number of pixels, I would be able to finish up to 1-3 backgrounds or a minimum of 5 tilesets per day.
