Hi I have reviewed the project description and have also reviewed your existing website. Not even the home page or navigation of the website is a problem but actually it lacks many of the modern features/tools/techniques which it should certainly have. For example, its an ecommerce website but the products are not being emphasized that much. There should be small sections such as "Best Seller", "Most Viewed" etc. for the products. Newsletter registration doesn't needs a different page. The navigation should have clear access to different categories of the books. There should be customer testimonials promptly visible.
