[login to view URL] is a website based solution for the job industry. With a custom made design and a friendly easy to use modern process. We require an experienced or a group of experienced developers to refine and finish the website as well as help improving the process. Right now the process is functional and the website is almost finished. We require to finish the following steps: 1.) Adjust and refine the website design according to most common screen resolutions (right now is working on a 27'' screen and the elements need to be proportionally adjusted to other resolutions ie. 24'', 17 or 15'' for laptops keeping the same proportion and intended functionality in a reduced font). 2.) Refine and adjust CV-Resume PDF builder according to the original intended design (some of the data fetching boxes are not aligned and the result is the design not looking smooth and professional), our CV-resume builder and creator is one of our main features and is very important to have a good result on this. 3.) Refine error messages and notification messages to be according to the design, boxes also to be according to the theme design, a developer with design skills and use of design tools must be required. 4.) Install Owly (helper) pop up for the necessary pages, it will guide and help users understand the steps and what to do in different parts of the process. 5.) Create a database and admin panel for the users and passwords to have control of the people logging in and out and as well as logs that notify us which users and offers are innactive for more than a month. 6.) install an Add and video pop up system to monetize the page, making sure the ads are good and safe adds for all audience and also to optimize the page for smooth running and to spend as less as possible resources.
