1- to be able to auction items of value such car, property, luxury items and Jewelery online using a simple yet powerful website, and mobile application (iPhone and Samsung) using a simple interface 2- Both system admin, or end users / customers can post cars as long as they are legitaime and verified customers. 3- The auction is straight forward ebay style auction, fixed price with best offer, or no reserve price and highest bidder wins, or reserve price but reserve price is hidden from customers. 4- the website can look like this website: [login to view URL] 5- sellers pay us through subscription mode, plus small percentage of the sale price. 6- There is a small insertion fee everytime a seller wants to post a new item.. insertion fees amount will be based on category (cars, boats, etc). 7- Buyers can use the system for free. 8- Site must support English and Arabic Languages. 9- Site must know customer location to know what cars are near him, and to save the actualy city and country name based on location for sellers. 10- first 1000 transaction are free (marketting). 11- Reserve Price cannot be modified once one bid is placed. 12- no reserve price acution cannot be changed to fixed price one one bid is placed. 13- make an offer is available only for fixed price auction. 14- buy it now option is available for both types of auction, seller must say what is the buy it now price. 15- Master data: for the system to work effectively, we need to populate master data before using the system, that includes: Cars brands data for each car (can be found on [login to view URL]). 16- Buyers cannot cancel items last 12 hours of the auction. 17- buyers cannot place a bid without verifying themselves by mobile verfication and a credit card payment of $1 dollar. 18- system will bill buyers after the sale is succesfful.
