-Looking to Create 100 Eye Catching Static And Animated Banner Advertisements- Fast Turnaround Preferred

I'm looking for a graphic design artist who is capable of creating 100 unique, eye catching banner advertisements. The banners dimensions will be 300 X 250 Pixels and 300 X 100 Pixels. I have the ad copy created already, so I just need the design elements completed. That having been said the person chosen for this position must be open to editing and working on advertisements to make them eye popping and to help them stand out. You must be willing to work with revisions therefore where needed. I'm looking to create both static and ANIMATED banner advertisements. Although the bulk majority of the banner ads in this set will be static. I'm looking for about 20 ads of the 100 to be made into animated banners. So you must understand how to create animated banners. If you don't know how to do this you can still submit a proposal for the static portion of this project. The right candidate will already have access to stock images, and will be able to find and use stock images that are available for commercial use. You must be ABLE to prove that you have a license to do that, as these advertisements will be used commercially. The deadline for this project is ASAP. So someone who works quickly and can churn out the advertisements faster will be considered above all other offers. Anyone who is comfortable in their elements would know that it only takes a few minutes anyway to create an advertisement, for anybody who actually knows their way around Photoshop and their work. Please ensure that you have quite a few samples of your work readily available, and the work must be banner ad related.
