Hi Im an architect who also loves painting (mixed media, oils, digital, water etc.) so i completely understand what kind of space an artist would really love to have. With that in mind i may just be the perfect person to work with you and design your place. I have taken a look at the preliminary drawings you have made, but i would need more details from you, like your site location and pictures around your site (preferably a 360 degree panorama from the site ). The reason being - im sure as an artist you have a strong connection with nature, and we would like to use the natural surroundings to maximum effect in the design. Apart from that a few other things like climate data would help greatly. As for the deliverables, i will be working and communicating with you regarding the design and layout and the proposed materials. Once that is done i will offer a couple of realistic renderings of the interiors and exteriors to help you get a real feel of how the house would turn out. From there on the plans, elevations and sectional drawings can be finalized. If you would like to enhance the property then I can offer you drawings to help with the landscaping as well as well as actual working drawings to help fabricate the house.
