Looking for an illustrator for specific, niche emojis I need for an app

This is a job that needs to be completed quickly. I need an independent freelance illustrator (NOT an agency or a company) to create a total of 250 emojis and images (in PNG format) that I will use in a niche emoji sticker app. I have thought about and visualized each of these 250 emojis/images in words. I will give detailed descriptions of each emoji (in words) and I require an image based on my exact description for each emoji. I will also provide some sample pictures. PLEASE NOTE: I require emojis and images with a LOT of details. For example, you may need to show an angry emoji face with a tiny hand with the fist clenched in anger - and a lot of other accessories like a collar, a hat, a tie etc. while a small word written in the background is visible. I am NOT looking for generic emoji images, but specific emojis exactly based on the descriptions I provide for each one.
