I am a real estate agent in Canada. I sell houses. I am seeking somebody capable of designing a flyer I can distribute to my Chinese clients. The flyer must be visually appealing and with Mandarin text. The person who I assign this job to, must be knowledgeable of Chinese customs to appropriate select what the flyer should look like, and what text it should contain. Your job may also include transcribing flyers I currently have which are in Mandarin dialogue. I will pay you $30 for designing the flyer and will have additional flyers you can create using the same template after the initial flyer is created.
