I need some Graphic Design

I am looking for one or more Graphic Designers for a long term association. We have several brands to work on. The Main tasks / stuff that needs to be done are; 1. Create the best of designs for each product. This will need a lot of knowledge, understanding and research about the product and competitors. After gaining the indepth knowledge of each product, where each product will have a separate individual design, template and brand. 2. Create the eBay Listing template design for the product again with the main theme design as created in point-1 and a different specially designed for eBay. 3. Get the HTML conversion done for the point-2 ebay template so the products can be listed on eBay. We are experienced quite well in this field and understand everything that needs to be done. We have our own hosting space and team working across all platforms. We are looking for a couple of good designers cum developers who can help and join our team looking for a long term relationship building. Please consider the size of the job as we already have over 10,000 products we do.
