Need a vector drawing

We need to draw a vector based print i have drawn on paper here.
I need it into Adobe Illustrator so i can change a little later.
We will print this in format:
1)
320 cm width
90 cm high
2)
The same print i need design for must also be into a Powerpoint format page. So it must be changed in format to fits into powerpoint hight and width.
I have shown the drawing i need help for in attachment. I need it fixed this week.
I need to have a few revision since some other will look into it.
