New Responsive Website With Large Complex Database

The site will showcase/compare 4,000 USA based organizations that are all in one industry. The database required will have about 200 data fields on each of the 4k organizations. You will need to built the database from multiple csv files that I will provide. The data for the database is generated yearly so there will need to be an admin section that will allow for the annual updating. The old data will be kept and a new years data will be used to create an additional DB. There are also images for most of the organizations. I'd also like the admin section to allow me to view and upload new images. The data will need to be accessed/sorted in many different ways so a skilled DB manager is needed to insure page speed. The design of the site is critical. I want it to not only look good but it also needs to be ultra responsive and technically in line with all of Google's upper end guidelines for a well coded site. That means it should be coded for Rich Snippets and AMP, (accelerated mobile pages). I've purchased a generic but ultra responsive template for the site that offers a wide array of possibilities but you will need to modify it to fit the site. I will show you several competitors that offer similar functionality but I'd like mine to be at least as good if not better than all of them. Lastly, the site will make money via Google ads. Several of them over 100k visitors per day. If after 1 year this site averages over 5k visitors per day I'll pay a bonus that is equal to the fee we agree upon. So, if we agree on this project for $1200 then you'll get an additional $1200 1 year from the completion date if the traffic meets the 5k goal. No rookies please.
