Pay per call management system cloud base

I m looking to build a cloud base pay-per-call management platform for my pay-per-call websites I will have many different customers on my different pay-per-call websites, so I will need a way they can manage their accounts. We will need an admin to have admin control The customer dashboard will offer -account management -they will be able to select the number they want on their listing -select the site they want their company on -they will be able to enter their company information to be used on the site they want to be listed on some of the features of the system are -call forwarding -record calls for 30 days -credit card billing -preset requirements of calls before theyre billed (ie. call last for more than 45 seconds counts as a lead call) -if the call isn't answered it will redirect to another number -voicemail set up by the client -email and or sms notification -email reporting of calls (daily, weekly, monthly) -Same caller number will only be billed once every 30 days These are some of the features
