Photo Editing, Photo Blending, Graphics, Transparent Photos Blended

For this project we need approximately 20 blended pictures at the end, blended together in a transparent style graphic. Total starting number of pics is around 65 that will end up being 20 different edited photos. Please see example below. We need the files to look very similar to the example. Also 2 photo backgrounds will be removed. We use Corel Draw, however if you want to use Photo Shop that's totally fine. If you use photo shop we will need the .jpg & the files as an .eps to see if we can edit the files as well. If you use photo shop we ask that you send us an example .eps file to see if we are able to edit it first. The effect used to achieve this effect in Corel Draw is called the Transparency tool. We're not sure what it is called in Photo shop currently. We are a website & graphic design studio, that is extremely busy so we are looking for a long term partner that we can give work to continuously. **We do prefer someone who speaks above average English because we won't have time to type all project details out every time.** We also will need to give project details through video chat & we realize that our time zones will be different however you can pick which times are best for you. = ) This is a small project that should take at the very most 2.5 hours. This will result in more work if everything goes well.
