Photoshop Banner Backgrounds for Website

I've have professional photographs taken and the images turned into banners for a website.
The dimensions of the image should be 1920 x 600. Please follow the examples set out in the pdf. I want the colour on the background to be as close as possible to the current background.

To confirm, what I need is the folllowing:
- Backgrounds to be extended in all the images so that dimensions of the banner are 1920 x 600. Image must still be high def
- Follow exact colour of current background
- Refer to the PDF. to see placement of individuals on the banner.
- IGNORE the text on the pdf examples.
- Photoshop out the chair in the purple photo.
- Add all amended images to the Google Drive
