Scope of work:
What:
The scope with cover design templates to be used in renewing the company current catalogue. Example of template pages to be designed are Cover pages, Intro Page, Index, Product Page, Icons, Technical Info, Glossary, Section Devised, Section Intro.
Vendor to supply 5 templates of cover pages with high resolution. Design should take in consideration new graphics trends and the company corporate guidelines.
How:
Design of catalogue pages using Photoshop, elastrator or other similar graphics programs.
Each cover should be for the following use:
• O&G and Petrochemical
• Construction
• Railway
• Renewable Energy
• Power
Also Vendor shall provide one template accepted by marketing for each of follow:
• Cover pages, front and back
• Intro Page,
• Index,
• Product Page,
• Icons,
• Technical Info,
• Glossary,
• Section divider,
• Section Intro.
• Quality Page
• Clients Page
All design should be for A4 standard dimensions ( 210 × 297 millimeters) and supplied in PDF format and psd and other original non locked format.
All pictures and logos should be with no copy write issues. Vendor to provide a letter confirming all is to be used by MESC Cables Company as it requires with no liability.
When:
To be completed in a reasonable time no later than 14 days post PO issue.

1 Nos for each of the following:
• Cover pages,
• Intro Page,
• Index,
• Product Page,
• Pictograms icons,
• Technical Info,
