PSD Mockup for future flash web site

I am looking to have a unique web site design developed as a PSD file. This is the first stage and before and coding will be done, I am looking for a creative person to design a conceptual mockup of a website in Photoshop. The site is for a very modern wine bar. The concept of the design will be to include all content on a one page site, eventually designed in flash. For example, there will be sections of the web page that will be dynamic as to include more information when you scroll or click on something. The basic content will be (about, photos, directions, menu). This content will work dynamically when the site is eventually coded. I expect to work on this until we get it right. Please only bid if you can be very creative with your mockups and be able to show conceptual how the site will work. This project is for more than just the PSD, but also you will be thinking about how the site will actually work when it is coded. However, the final deliverable is a layered PSD file with all fonts, images, etc. thanks.
