Looking to create a similar design to the one attached. A green, red, and white smoke burst with light exploding from the center and a black background. Style similar to the art of Martin Klemis. As close as possible to provided image, but adapted to specified dimensions. (Do not include the logo or watermark.) my budget is $30 USD. I may consider slightly higher for a truly amazing artist with experience and portfolio examples in this type of work. Absolute maximum is $50 USD. I need this done within 1-2 days. Dimensions are 50 inches tall x 70 inches wide at 300dpi My preferred workfiles are Photoshop CS6, Illustrator CS6, and Corel X8. I will require the layered raw program file to make sure I can edit for client if necessary. (PSD, CDR, AI, etc.) Please message with any questions.
