Relayout my website's look and feel

I have a magento website and the look and feel are not what I like, so I want it relayed out. Once we start communicating I will give you some examples of sites that I like. You must know Magento. I have worked with Word Press people, and for this site, I want someone with knowledge o Magento. My current site is [login to view URL] Here is the list of some of the tasks we are looking to get changed: • Bravo Logo moved to the left of the header • Search bar shifted to top center in the header • Shopping bag logo to top right of header • Fixed image above the 3 major photos (power, fans, components) • The three boxes at the bottom (dame day delivery, engineering in house, etc) shouldn’t be just plain text. Possibly adding an icon and having the text type be more exciting. • Manufacturers section of the homepage, below the three photos, putting some space in-between each section. • Resources section of the homepage, we would like the newsletter signup to expand across the length of the homepage and sync with our constant contact profile into a subcategory that Joshua has already created. Doesn’t needed to be titled Resources, it could be relabeled “Plugged In Newsletter”. • One thing we do like is the colors we have blue, white, grey and salmon accent color. • In Regards to the footer, shrink the overall box, take out the blank social media icon (above the facebook one), possibly take off the Bravo logo, adding forms of payment we accept, we’re open to rearranging the layout of the footer overall. • We would like to see layouts of product pages, vendor pages, about us. • Removing the dollar sign where not appropriate on some of the filtered search options and having whole numbers, not decimal points.
