Responsive Design Grahics & HTML page for Newsletter Urgent

Developer should design good responsive HTML/HTMl5 Web page along with graphics design This is going to be used as news letter through the Email.s but it should be able to displayed to COmputers all the browsers and on Mobile and Tablets with no issues so design should be Responsive desiign . We need to add some festures. 1) Register for the Meeting Schedule it should go to next page and resgiter the Client information and send us to our email on info@patronnetwork.com. 2) Graphics should be good as attached graphcis are just for information so we need you to make a great design as per your experiance. 3) Job needed to be done in 12 hours as time is short it is not a big job . 4) Quality work Required . 5) Regarding hosting the Webpage we do have the Server where you will need to let this page host on our server. 6) Booking Schedule Form should be on a second page or once some one click on the Register button then Transparent page open on the main page and register the detail. 7) We should have the foam for the people who are not attending the event so they can request the meeting over the Webex , skype , Phone, etc. so this will be another form based on different button 8) attached is the example but this s not exactly 100% this is just an idea.
