Hi all, I'm currently in my last year at University studying for a BA in Electronic Music Production in Bristol. As part of our final year module we have ben assigned to create a conceptual Music idea in collaboration with another creative. The idea I have is to create an 8 track album based on a dystopian future that reflects the potential destiny we face assignable to the current global issues of today. Each track will be a sonic narrative relative to a particular crisis e.g. global warming, political instability, unsustainable consumption etc. I'm seeking a Graphic Designer or photoshop designer preferably one whom specifies in Sci-Fi design or takes an interest in raising awareness on today's issues. The role that the Graphic Designer will play in this project will be to design 8 different still visuals in a dystopian sci-fi manner to reflect each problem in assistance to the tracks so the consumer has both an audible and visual representation of each issue. My plan is to then get the visuals printed into a visual booklet that will be packaged with a vinyl release of the album, my intentions are to hopefully get this on to a music label meaning there's potential of exposure for the Graphic Designer.
