I am looking for a shopify/e-commerce expert to help me with my upcoming project. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is negotiable. I am based in China and am running a medium sized youtube channel that will begin directing traffic to my external site which has not been fully developed, which will begin selling t-shirts and then furthered by selling sichuan spices and ingredients, likely sourced from China as well. I have not sourced the products, nor set up any sales routes. I'm looking to divert some of the traffic that comes to my Youtube channel and sell some products like t-shirts and spices. I need to find the right way to sell these products into America/the whole world. I would like an expert who knows the best way to do this which will leave me with the highest profit and control over the product. Looking for someone with experience setting up shops as well as finding the right routes to selling and finding products to help me set this whole thing up and oversee it all. Problems needed to be solved: 1) Where to source the t-shirts/food ingredients - America or China? 2) How to sell them/ship them? Ship from USA to USA or from China to USA? 3) Design of t-shirt So to begin with I would need someone to oversee this and be an expert on these and help me accomplish the whole thing.
