This project is about building a unique video site that will host
a huge collection of YT playlists, and will allow each user to select
a personal portfolio of video channels.
We are perfectly aware that this is too short a description and doesn't
tell much about the project.
Our short term goal is to shortlist several qualified candidates and negotiate
the final cost with them.
At this stage you are only requested to state your hourly fee.
Please note: THE PROJECT IS ON A FIX PRICE BASIS.
The hourly fees are just an indication for us, and we'll weigh professional
qualities and the hourly fees to solidify the shortlist.
IMPORTANT: This is a first phase of 3 phase project. Therefore, this is
really an opportunity for a long-term business relations.
