Update Existing Business Card Design with New Name

We have an existing business card design in PDF format. I need to have it updated for one of our new employees. Attached is the business card pdf files that I have. Also, I would like to have the black swoop, the 24/7 access logo and the blue base background each separated out into a png file so I can use them in Publisher going forward. All files must be 300 dpi. His email should be in standard email format, but I can't put it in that way on the project.
