When I saw this job post I knew that it was the perfect opportunity for me to send a proposal. I have worked in the BPO industry for 8 years as a Corporate Trainer and Quality Assurance Manager. Last job post I had was a work from home position as QA Manager for 4 years, a California company that outsource centers in the US and Philippines. I might not have direct experience as a Virtual Assistant but I am much willing to learn. I handled a lot of tasks that is out of my plate like IT related stuff such as scripting and loading leads related to call center calling, it is great to have different experiences and learn more in other areas.
