web form / script with image upload preview, Box.net file uploading, e-mailing

I have an existing web form ( built using [login to view URL] ) where the user can type in some information, upload their logo, and upload a file. I would like to add the following functionality to it: (1) After the user chooses their logo (or before final submit of form), the user gets a preview (either in lightbox or on second page) of their logo and company name inserted into an HTML e-mail layout that I upload in the back-end. If the user approves it, the form gets submitted. This image upload should be integrated with either [login to view URL] direct-linking or a cheap CDN so that I don't waste space/bandwidth on my site. (2) The user can upload another file (customer list), I want to integrate my form with [login to view URL] so that the file is fully encrypted in transfer and at rest in my [login to view URL] account (my domain is already https). (3) After the user submits the form, two e-mails are sent, both to me and to the person submitting the form. One e-mail should have the user submitted information, the other e-mail should have a copy of the raw HTML code with their logo/company-name inserted that they can just copy+paste. Bonus: if you can make the code for all this hidden/obfuscated that would be best, I don't want all the raw code shown to people who simply "view source".
