Design and create a Client ordering/billing/provisioning system like WHMCS, but only for our private use.
The system must meet our needs and the person who gets this job must have knowledge and experience in php, API, Jquery, AJax, MySQL, PDO, Json
This is for a hosting company and if will be split into 4 project.
Estimate-
£300-£500 - Front end system
£500-£700 - For back end systems
£200-£300 - For Ordering/provisioning system
£600-£800 - Security System
+ Bonus
We would like to get this project partially completed by end of Jan so we can roll it out. Then the remaining work could be done when possible within a month or more.
So we require the task to create the client area with features to manage and order domains, servers, web hosting
You also need to create provisioning system so when order is placed it sets up the products via API
You would also need to then create the admin panel, where we can manage clients information, orders, place manual orders, manage support tickets, manage payments and refunds etc

The Billing system is to be created as well Sending invoices, collecting payments, taxes, reminders
