Webpage digital billboard

Hi. I want to create a website that is like a digital billboard that has some allowable actions. Please read instructions carefully and is assumed fully agreed and understood when accept project! What I have. 1. My own website ([login to view URL]) 2. in excel , 11,111 links to the Opensea with filename so that files can be sorted 3. in excel, 11,111 links to the image url on Opensea 4. in a folder, 11,111 images (each of the files in the above links) 5. Banner image to include as the background / theme of the website page you will create. What I need from you. 1. Create a webpage billboard with all 11,111 images in a grid in a single grid (no scrolling, must be able to see all in one view when open webpage even though each can be tiny). When hover mouse over the image, it shows a little larger (like a preview). Website users can zoom in and out if they want. 2. When a user clicks an image, it takes them to the url above (link in #2 above) 3. 11,111 user logins. They can change the password if they want. 4. When login, they will be able to change the image of the file (not the link!) to anything they want. They have the option to reset the image to the original if they want. 5. When user changes password, the image resets to the original. 6. Only one admin login to be able to access / edit all the images individually or collectively. For example, after I login, I can reset all images to the original by clicking one button, or I can reset all passwords to the default password with one button, or I can set the image to the same image for all by pressing one button. At the end, I must be able to add this website url to [login to view URL] so is integrated into my website. I will have 100% ownership to all works. You don't need access to any login, password etc. You can work fully independently. Any questions, let me know. Thanks!
