Website design and creation using Ruby on Rails

I am searching for a developer who would create a website that I would then be responsible for updating. I would prefer to have the site built and designed with Ruby on Rails. The website would need to have: a search for, listing pages alphabetically and by type as well as another possible search idea. Eventually it would have a few hundred pages that I would create so it would have to be designed around the fact I can write content, code and update all of those pages easily. I would need a page where people would also be able to submit their ideas/suggestions and I would screen them, write the content, then post it. Advertising would be integrated though out the website, and I would like the possibility for users to create a user account and leave comments, share on facebook, twitter and other social networks. A main page with updates, most popular pages ect. A contact form and error submission as well for stop gaps for errors. I am also looking for graphic design, logo, headers etc for the project.
