Website Final Tweaks and Installation

Hey there. I have a website that I have had created, but I had to leave my developer right when we were almost done. I need someone to do last minute tweaks. Mostly smaller things, then upload and install on my server, completing any SEO and security tasks as well. Ideally this could transition into longer term work.
I'll post some links to what I have, and files of what I want done. You'll see, its almost complete.
