Currently [login to view URL] is all in Russian leanguage. The website is done via Weebly.com. We need to add English version of the Russian site. Don't worry about translation - just create a structure that mirrors the Russian structure.

Specific requirements:

- the english version must be the default one.

- add english | russian menu at the top right corner instead of where currently the search bar is

- enter provided English text into English part of the website (will be supplied).

passwords and login to weebly will be provided upon accepting the bid.
