Weekly flat illustrations for blog articles (long-term, by the illustration)

We're a new blog focused on providing actionable career hacks (step-by-step guides and word-for-word templates) and we are looking for an illustrator who can make covers for our blog posts and illustrations for our website. We're looking for someone to collaborate with in the long-term, whom we could commission weekly to produce illustrations for our new posts. We have a set color palette, but the illustration style is still open (though, we have preferences; examples of which are attached in the quick style guide attached). Upon hiring, you will get to remake all our illustrations in your style and make all of our new illustrations :) Given the long-term nature of this job and that we want our illustrations to be 100% consistent (and can't hire a different illustrator for each new blog illustration), we need to make sure that your style is what we're looking for. To that end, we'd appreciate it if you could submit a sample of your work that matches our guidelines - or create a new illustration based on the sketch attached (document titled 'new doc 2017...'). Remuneration will be per illustration (rather than hourly). The blog doesn't generate any revenue at the moment, but once it launches, we can renegotiate. Our desire is to find someone who can make all of our illustrations and keep styling consistent in the future.
